5th Anniversary of the Explosion of the Chelyabinsk Meteor

On February 15, 2013, a 20 m sized small asteroid exploded 25 km above ground near the Russian city of Chelyabinsk, where it caused injuries to ca. 1500 people and caused lots of damage. Remnants of the Chelyabinsk meteorite are shown in the world-famous meteorite display in hall 5 of Vienna's natural history Museum.
